VOYAGER Semi Closed Rebreather Diver (SCR)This PADI Distinctive Specialty Course provides the training you need to dive with the Voyager in semi-closed configuration to a depth of 30 metres/100 feet with a no-stop dive profile. Course content includes rebreather theory (physics and physiology), operational procedures, Voyager modular configurations, maintenance and emergency procedures. The material taught in a basic Nitrox course is essential to understanding and using a rebreather system. All students are required to complete an entry-level assessment to gauge your understanding prior to starting the SCR course.
three days (theory, confined water sessions combined with 3 open water dives)
To enrol on the PADI Voyager SCR Distinctive Specialty course students must be at least 18 years of age prior to the start of the course, be a non-smoker (for hygienic reasons) and be certified as an Advanced Open Water Diver and hold an enriched air nitrox certification. Students must have at least 30 logged dives prior to the start of the course.
Voyager SCR Course includes the following:
Fully equipped Voyager Sport (SCR) rebreather with all gases and scrubber, all student training materials in digital version (only available in English or Italian), PADI (SCR) certification fees, transportation to and from the dive sites, accommodation 2 nights in one of the luxury bungalows at our training centre and 1 night in Tulamben, Breakfast, Indonesian or Balinese lunch, unlimited mineral water.

Please also bring your certification card(s), logbook and nitrox compatible dive computer (preferably wrist-mounted).
Preparation: Review your Nitrox student manual. Basic Nitrox theory as taught in your Nitrox course is essential to understanding and using a rebreather.
